The Xmod button is also present in the superb KORG mono-poly. 
This beast has 4 VCO's and they can be synch and cross modulate between them 
Actually with Xmod press VCO2,3,4 modulates VCO1 and with 
Synch press the pitch of  VCO2-4 and VCO1-3 will be synch. .  
Very useful to for inharmonic sounds !
